  They gave me a quote to have my Daughter's wedding dress cleaned and told me it would take about two weeks. They phoned me within a week to say it was ready and when I picked it up it looked beautiful.

  1 pair to be dry cleaned 2nd pair lower hem of trouser legs. Picked up Thursday, put trousers on Saturday for work' massive stain in leg of trousers' rang Saturday morning guy said bring back we will re- do no charge' took back, not sure how the girls missed that he said, we will do them now' I said I have to go to work will pick up Monday. Monday went to pick up, couldn't find trousers, they are not pressed yet I'll do them in a minute I'll just serve this customer, who arrived after me' then get my pants, in the car 5 minutes phone rings, dry cleaners, you didn't pay for pants, then explained and hung up. Next day went to put pants on, same stain still there' 4 trips to this place dry cleaned twice and no different' I honestly believe this Company just presses everything and charge for dry cleaning, in which they clearly do not, so now looking for another '

  I have used Coomera Dry Cleaning many times. It is conveniently located for me and I am always happy with my items being cleaned. They even did my doona inserts and mattress toppers and they came back like new.

  I was a bit hesitant using this drycleaner because of the bad reviews it has but they were located on my way home from work so I decided to give them a try.

  Took new Black Jacket to get dry cleaned, when I picked it up found bleach stain on front of it. Robert was very unhelpful. Robert's business has no policies and procedures in place to deal with these situations. After failed negotiations we are taking this further to QLD department of fair trading.
