    4. Park facilities are gross. Yes, I said it, the bathrooms are disgusting. Bug problems in the guest bathrooms on the first street. It's grimy and filthy. It's worn, cracked and logged with massive wear. Whoever cleans these have no idea what they're doing.

    1. The place isn't "old fashioned" it's just plain old and definitely not in the best of care. Management does not mantain the park gardens properly. With the exception of the lawn. But even the lawn isn't kept properly.

    I've lived here for some time so I can confirm the following things about this place;

    $40 per night for a tent and 4 people (3 adults charge, kid free - infant)

    7. The road the park is on is very noisy. Traffic is high and naturally quite loud at night. This is obviously no fault of the park but something to be noted. It gets seriously packed in peak hours.

    9. There is no internet at this park. That's not surprising in itself but it is a problem for tenants. Especially when we would have to pay for our own lines to be put in individually.

    2. Management changes all the time. Why? Almost all of the prior management staff are temps. The current ones to date (7/12/17) are also temps. This is not stable by any means for long term tenants.

    5. Tenants are afraid of these power tripping management staff. Management abuses their power. Charges for lawn mowing yet its included in what is paid with rent. This is extortion. They have booted many previous, long term residents. They say that they violated tenancy but this is not 100 percent true. They have lied in court, they have labelled people as drug dealers and trouble makers. They have attempted to sue and evict people whom don't share the same views. You voice your opinion and it doesn't match - say goodbye because they will use every single means to them to have you out.

    Very nice and friendly staff! Bathroom facillitys are average. There is no kitchen area but a bbq area is available.

    3. Power outages. Power outages were a problem and technically still are. Whenever high amounts are used there will be an outtage. The boxes that connect power to permanent sites are old. They replaced the motherboard or the main power, but haven't done anything to replace the site boxes. So in the summer it goes on and off all day long. Management keeps this from their guests.

    6. The park is a ghost town. There's hardly anyone left due to the reasons stated above. If you walk around you'll notice more than a few empty spots, this was once a park brimming with tenants. Now it's hardly anything to its former name.

    Place is run down... They called it "old", I call it "They never spent money on anything being fixed properly or updated".

    You get what you pay for, which for me was a camp site with no power and only use of showers/toilet. Due to non regulated pressure, I burned my friend when I turned a tap on. No lights anywhere, noisy street

    8. They have a pool. It's nice. The only thing that's surprisingly well kept.

    Constant power outages all the time, mostly at night. Management is unwilling to fix the problem and just admit that they don't know what's wrong with it... Their guest bathrooms have exposed wuring, coming out of the socket. Toilets piping leaks. Very unhappy tentants, always agruing or yelling. Office isnt even open on time. Went to the office at 3pm and they werent open (door locked no one inside) despite saying they open at 2.30. Cooking facilities are nonexistant. Park looks like a ghost town and run down. Spoke to some tentants who said that office staff dont do anything but sit on their a## and hand out eviction notices to people. Also Said that power has been going out for months with no real fix other than people leaving the park. STAY CLEAR!!!!!
